कांग्रेस सरकार में बढ़ा एचआरटीसी का घाटा, भाजपा नहीं कांग्रेस जिम्मेदार : जमवाल
भाजपा प्रदेश मुख्य प्रवक्ता एवं विधायक राकेश जमवाल ने कहा कि सरकार भाजपा पर बेबुनियाद टिप्पणियां कर रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि केवल मात्र जनता का ध्यान भटकाने के लिए ऐसी टिप्पणियां कर रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री का यह कथन तथ्य से परे है कि एचआरटीसी एवं पर्यटन निगम में परेशानी भाजपा के कारण आ रही है।
राकेश जमवाल ने कहा कि कांग्रेस सरकार बने हुए 3 साल हो चुके हैं और कांग्रेस जो वादे करके सत्ता में आए थे, उनमें से कोई भी वादा पूरा नहीं हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि अगर एचआरटीसी और पर्यटन निगम के बारे में सरकार ने चिंता की होती तो आज यह समस्या उत्पन्न न होती।
भाजपा नेता ने कहा कि राज्य का दूसरा सबसे बड़ा सार्वजनिक उपक्रम हिमाचल पथ परिवहन निगम घाटे में चल रहा है। घाटा पाटने के लिए सरकार ने कई बार किराया बढ़ाया, लेकिन सरकार से मिलने वाली ग्रांट व घाटा भी इसके साथ ही दौड़ते रहे। जनता की जेब पर बोझ डालने के बावजूद यह सरकार कुछ नहीं कर पाई। हर बार किराया वृद्धि का तर्क महंगाई और घाटे को दिया गया, लेकिन हकीकत यह है कि घाटा कम होने की बजाय बढ़ता ही चला गया। वर्ष 2023-24 में निगम का घाटा 2119 करोड़ था, जो कि 2024-25 में 2200 करोड़ के करीब पहुंच चुका है। वर्तमान में एचआरटीसी के पास 3196 बसें हैं, जो 3871 रूटों पर चलती हैं।
