UIT को मिली NCC यूनिट , 26 छात्रों का NCC कैडेट्स के लिए चयन
शिमला:-हिमाचल प्रदेश विश्वविद्यालय के यूनिवर्सिटी इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ टेक्नोलॉजी (UIT) में राष्ट्रीय कैडेट कोर की यूनिट मिल गई है। NCC यूनिट मिलने के बाद सोमवार को यूआईटी की पहली इकाई के लिए कैडेट्स का चयन किया गया। इस चयन प्रक्रिया में 26 कैडेट्स का चयन हुआ है | जिसमें 17 छात्र और 9 छात्राएं शामिल है| यूनिवर्सिटी इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ टेक्नोलॉजी के निदेशक प्रोफेसर अमरजीत सिंह ने सभी चयनित छात्र और छात्रों को बधाई दी|
इस मौके पर यूनिवर्सिटी इंस्टिट्यूट ऑफ़ टेक्नोलॉजी के कोऑर्डिनेटर सहचार्य डॉक्टर श्यामचंद, सहायक आचार्य प्रवीण शर्मा, एनसीसी यूआईटी के इंचार्ज सहायक आचार्य राहुल पराशर और एनसीसी 7 HP से आए जवान गुलचेन सिंह और अनिल कुमार मौजूद रहे|
प्रोफेसर अमरजीत सिंह ने बताया कि यूआईटी को एनसीसी (आर्मी) की यूनिट मिली है और जिसमें बच्चे बढ़ चढ़कर भाग ले रहे हैं भविष्य में जो बच्चे विभिन्न NCC सर्टिफिकेट लेने में सफल रहेंगे उनको विभिन्न पदों पर इसका लाभ मिलेगा| उन्होंने बताया कि NCC का मुख्य उद्देश्य युवाओं में अनुशासन, नेतृत्व क्षमता, देशभक्ति, सेवा भावना और शारीरिक दक्षता का विकास करना है और इससे छात्रों में राष्ट्रभक्ति की भावना विकसित होगी
